IN-SEASON ARM STRENGTHENING PROGRAM
This program is designed to strengthen and maintain a healthy arm during the 2009 baseball season.
Program starts Wed Feb. 25th and continues every Wed and Thursday til April
23rd at 7pm.
For best results attending once per week will help strengthen and
keep arm healthy.
Cost of program is $15 per session or 10 sessions $125.
