Pitching
– I teach and implement drills designed
to improve mechanics. Proper mechanics gives you a competitive advantage over the competition. Greater velocity and better
command of your pitches are ensured through improved mechanics. I will also teach individuals how to throw different pitches
and situations in which they will prove most effective. The effectiveness of these activities has been proven by my 8
former pitchers reaching their goals as professional baseball players.
Plyometrics – Plyometric drills are designed for pitchers to increase lower body and arm strength. These sport-specific
exercises in combination with mechanical pitching work will aid in the athlete’s progression toward pitching success.
Hitting – A variety of drills and top-notch teaching will guide you in your development as a hitter. I
led the NCAA in doubles, instructed a NCAA homerun leader, and coached a NCAA homerun leading team. I attribute these accomplishments
to the drills and instruction I provide athletes. The effectiveness of these activities has been proven by my 15
former position players reaching their goals as professional baseball players.
Speed/Agility – Drills designed specifically to meet each athlete’s needs will be provided in order
to improve overall performance on the baseball field. The various speed and agility drills will improve speed, quickness,
and agility.
Fielding – I facilitate a wide array of fielding drills designed specifically to help each individual improve weaknesses
as well as strengths. These drills have proven effective at the high school, college, and professional performance levels.
